BackgroundI love small start-ups and front-end facing production & ideation. That said, I've developed from the deepest back-ends to the highest front-ends online over the last 15 years. I actually started coding games at age 10 with a spelling assignment for school. I'm kind of a nerd.
HighlightsWhile working at the online advertising company Videoegg/Say Media, I helped push forward new roles to transition the production team into a more well-managed success. I was also instrumental in putting minimum expenditures in place within the product feature set to insure proper resource allocation. Lastly, I rapidly developed new features in the product line and created time-saving tools to enable all team members to focus on client goals. By the time I left, the company headcount had grown over 200%, reached profitability and is still on a hiring spree.
